Day 1: Cusco – Ollantaytmbo-Machupicchu

Machupicchu and 7-color mountain is a two-day tour combination First towards Machupicchu through this sacred place is in less height of the city of Cusco, the acclimatization in Cusco is very important that is why we first take Machupichu and then to the mountain of 7 colors. We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and we will go to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, to Ollantytambo it is approximately 1:30 minutes to reach the train station. To get to Machupicchu we have to take a 1:30 minute train to get to the town of Aguas Calientes. When we arrive at the door of this wonder of the world, we have to show the documents to enter and explore the tour inside Machu picchu., which last two and a half hours maximum. This means that we will visit very important landmarks, then you will have an hour to explore by your own. Later on, we will go down in bus going back to Aguas Calientes, which will take the same time of Arrival to Machupicchu. After that, we will go to the train station to take the train towards de city of Ollantaytambo. From this point, we will drive our bus to the city of Cusco and your hotel. The route from Ollantaytambo to Cusco will be approximately one hour and 30 minutes.

Day 2: Cusco -Cusipata – Rainbow Mountain

The bus takes the south route of Cusco for 1 and half hour passing through many colorful colonial towns before reaching Cusipata district where it’s time to have breakfast and get your energy for the hike ahead. The start of the trail is one hour away named Chilliwani 4,600m / 15 160ft. This is the warmup spot for our physical activity for the day. Upward we go step by step breathing deeply up this courageous mountain. Finally with every step closer to the summit the mountains become aesthetically perfect the sunrise calls on a new day, the natural magic of this hidden treasure exposes its treasures in full blossom, the ancient and the traditional local folks, llamas, alpacas, the wild vicuñas , allow you entrance to their secret world. The condors circle in their beauty complimenting other highland birds. 2 hours of our climb our reward stands waiting to attention, the top of the VINICUNCA standing erect at 5100m – 16700ft. Breath taking views of Vilcanota mountain range salute you. Introducing the highest glacier at Cusco Ausangate 6 375m 20,900 ft, You will have plenty of time to recover while enjoying your snack, taking pictures and breathing in the fresh air of the Andes. Our knowledgeable guide will share with you a detailed explanation before descending for 1 and half hour along the same path to board the bus for a well deserved lunch, returning to Cusco around 6: 00-7PM to be dropped you Central Square.
